What we do
We build complete keyboards, end to end, from a small workshop in Singapore. There are four ways to work with us, and each one is hand-finished by the same builder.
- Bespoke 1 of 1.A fully personal commission. Case finish, layout, switches, keycap theme, internals, all chosen with you. See how a 1 of 1 commission works.
- Pre-designed.Boards we have already designed and tuned, like The Chosen One v2 (65%) and The Rebel v2 (100%).
- Workshops.Build your own mechanical keyboard with us in Singapore. Browse upcoming workshop dates.
- Keycap drops.Small batch keycap sets we hand-pick to pair with our chassis.
We do not sell loose parts. Every Resonic board leaves the workshop assembled, hand-lubed, and tested as a finished instrument.
Why a Singapore-based atelier matters
Most "custom" keyboards online are kits. Boxes of parts shipped from overseas, assembled by you, untested, and unsupported once they land. We do the opposite. Every Resonic build is designed and assembled in our Woodlands workshop, where the same hands lube the stabilizers, film the switches, and tune the typing feel before it goes to you.
For local clients, that proximity is the whole point. Communication is direct. Usually same-day on WhatsApp or email. You can collect in person, ask for sound tests before you commit, and bring the board back if anything ever needs re-tuning. We have helped clients on every island from Sentosa up to Punggol, and the conversation usually moves faster than the courier would.
For international clients, being SG-based means clean QC, no language friction, and a single accountable maker behind every build. Read more about why people choose Resonic.
The build process
The full deep-dive lives on our build process page. The short version is four stages, and we walk you through every one.
1. Select your base
Choose a layout. 65%, 75%, 80% TKL, 95%, or 100%. We will recommend a chassis based on how you actually use a keyboard, not just how it looks in photos.
2. Choose your switches
Linear, tactile, clicky, or silent. We hand-lube and film every switch in the build, then sound-test it inside your specific case before sign-off.
3. Pick your design or theme
For bespoke commissions, we render your concept in full colour before anything is printed or coated. Multiple revisions are normal. Clients have gone four or five rounds with us, and that is fine.
4. Confirm and receive
We assemble, tune, photograph, and ship. In-stock builds turn around in about 2 weeks. Bespoke 1 of 1 commissions take 4 to 6 weeks depending on the design.
Layouts we build
We work in five sizes. Each one suits a different desk and a different way of working.
- 65%Compact, arrow keys retained. Our most popular layout for travel and small desks. Good entry point: The Chosen One v2.
- 75%Function row added, still tight. The sweet spot for coders and writers who miss F-keys but not the numpad.
- 80% TKLFull layout minus the numpad. Familiar for anyone coming from a standard office keyboard.
- 95%Almost full-size, with the numpad merged tightly into the main cluster. Saves desk space without losing keys.
- 100%Full-size, dedicated numpad, no compromises. Built for finance, accounting, and data work. See The Rebel v2.
Pricing transparency
A complete Resonic build starts at SGD $264.90 and runs up to around SGD $700+ for fully bespoke 1 of 1 commissions with custom artwork, anodized finishes, or premium keycap sets.
That price is for a finished, ready-to-type instrument. It includes:
- The full chassis, plate, and PCB
- Triple-mode wireless connectivity (Bluetooth, 2.4GHz, USB-C) on every build
- Switches, hand-lubed and filmed
- Stabilizers, hand-tuned (this is the part most builders skip)
- Keycaps matched to the build
- Assembly, sound testing, and QC
- Packaging and SG local delivery, or worldwide shipping from Singapore
No surprise add-ons at checkout. No "kit price" that doubles once you account for switches and caps. The number you see is the number you pay.

"I'm absolutely loving my new keyboard. The team worked with me to bring my design ideas to life, even did multiple renders before printing. The little screen for images, GIFs, and videos is my favourite part."
Zenobia Loh · 5 stars · 9 months ago
"Their responses were always very prompt. That's what sets Resonic out from other brands. As a true battle cats fan, I'm amazed by how the keyboard gives off that 'me' vibe."

FAQ
How long does a custom keyboard take to build?
In-stock pre-designed builds ship in about 2 weeks. Bespoke 1 of 1 commissions take 4 to 6 weeks depending on the artwork, finish, and how many design rounds we go through together.
Do you ship from Singapore internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from our Singapore workshop with tracking on every order. Most international clients receive their build within a week of dispatch.
What's the difference between a Resonic build and buying a kit?
A kit is a box of parts you assemble yourself, untested. A Resonic build arrives finished. Every stabilizer is hand-lubed, every switch is hand-tuned, the board is sound-tested in its actual case, and we stand behind it after it ships.
Can I commission a fully bespoke design?
Yes, that is the core of what we do. Bespoke commissions cover everything from case colour and finish to custom keycap artwork, novelty keys, and weight engraving. Slots for commissions are limited each month.
How much does a custom Resonic keyboard cost?
Complete builds start at SGD $264.90 and go up to around SGD $700+ for fully bespoke 1 of 1 commissions. The price you see covers the entire finished keyboard, not a parts list.
