Terms of service

Overview

This store is operated by Resonic Studio, Singapore. Throughout this document, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Resonic Studio. By visiting resonic.store or checkout.resonic.store, placing an order, or agreeing a commission with us over email, WhatsApp or Instagram direct message, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked from them.

Our full Terms and Conditions form part of this agreement and take precedence where the two differ. Please read them, together with our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, before ordering.

All sales are final

Every order is final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations on any product, for any reason. Our only obligations to you are the 90-day limited warranty on manufacturing defects and, where you purchased it, Shipping Protection. Both are settled by repair or replacement, never by refund. See our Refund Policy.

Orders and payment

Ready-made drops are paid in full at checkout. Commissions are paid by deposit and balance as set out in our Terms and Conditions. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a price or listing was published in error, or where we cannot verify payment. We may limit quantities per person, per household or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and delivery details, and to keep your contact details up to date so we can complete your order.

Prices and product information

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time without notice. Prices do not include import duties, customs charges or local taxes, which are payable by you on delivery.

Colour and finish variance

Renders, listing images and product photos are representations only. Actual colours may vary slightly due to dye batches, material type, lighting and screen calibration. Minor variance is not considered a defect.

If a component differs materially from the approved specification, the warranty claim process in our Terms and Conditions applies.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Singapore, apart from the destinations listed in our Shipping Policy. Shipping is charged at the rates shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy, unless a free shipping promotion described there applies to your order. Risk of loss passes to you once your parcel is handed to the courier, unless you purchased Shipping Protection.

Intellectual property

All designs, renders, photographs, product names and site content are the property of Resonic Studio. You may share images of a keyboard you own for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce our designs, share renders with other vendors, or use our content commercially without written consent. Third-party character artwork used in keycap designs remains the property of its respective owners.

Use of the site

You may not use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or copy content, or to interfere with the site's operation. Any such use ends your permission to use the site.

Third-party links on this site are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites.

Warranty and liability

Except for the 90-day limited warranty in our Refund Policy, products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resonic Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your purchase or use of the site, including loss caused by courier delay, customs holds, or compatibility with your own equipment. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice. The current version is always published here and in our Terms and Conditions, and it is your responsibility to check them before ordering.

Updated terms apply to orders placed after the change. Existing orders remain governed by the terms in force when they were placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
