Refund, Order Cancellation, and Returns Policy
When you receive your order, please inspect all items carefully and report any issues within 7 days. Lubricants and custom items are not eligible for returns or refunds. Products not returned in their original condition will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
If your items arrive damaged, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and detailed images of the damaged items for inspection and replacement arrangements.
All returns must be sent via a tracked service at the customer's expense to ensure safe delivery back to us. Returns initiated without prior approval will not be accepted. All shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty
All custom-built keyboards come with a 1-year assembly warranty, covering incorrect assembly, soldering issues, faulty keys, and stabiliser rattling due to assembly errors. Any repairs require the keyboard to be sent back to our office.
Warranty Exceptions
This warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear, ageing (e.g., lube drying), or user handling.
- Stabiliser rattling after 3 months due to normal use or lube drying.
- Damage caused by the user, including water damage, falls, scratches, dents, improper disassembly, incorrect software flashing, or any other misuse.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., lube).
- Custom items (e.g., custom keyboards, switches with lubing or filming).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items or gift cards.

Keyboard Batteries
All keyboards include a standard USB-C cable. For compatibility, users should only charge their keyboard using the provided cable. Keyboards must be charged via a laptop or PC and NOT through external power sources (e.g., wall plugs or extension plugs), which may overpower and damage the battery. Battery-related issues caused by such misuse are not covered under the assembly warranty.
Service Fees
Keyboard building services (e.g., assembly, stabiliser tuning, soldering, switch lubing) can be cancelled for a full refund if no work has been performed.
For example, you can cancel a custom build service to receive parts individually, provided work has not started on the assembly.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately via WhatsApp if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Report defects within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Refunds are subject to prevailing payment processing fees, including a 5% transaction fee.
